I chose computer science progression, in which this 3-5 grade level is assessed. It focuses primarily on the development of beginner skills within excel. However, the deeper purpose is to find and detect teamwork capabilities within students. I would be comfortable assessing students at this level because I typically am a team player and can find issues or benefits within a student easily.
I searched for grade level 3 on the subject of physical health. I believe a lot of these can be implemented as a sort of guideline rather than a hard set of rules. There are many great tools that can be used and spun into something else entirely with the personal touch of a teacher knowing how to fit their students.
Internet searching is so important because nobody has the answer to every question, there will inevitably be times where a teacher is forced to look up a certain fact or even subject matter they are not familiar with. A great tool I like to use if Control + F, this allows me to find the direct subject material or fact without having to skim over pages of unrelated information.
